Best Taxi Services – General Terms & Conditions

We strive to provide a safe, comfortable, and reliable travel experience for every passenger.

1. Pets Policy

  • Passengers are not permitted to carry pets in the cab to maintain hygiene and passenger comfort.

2. Prohibited Activities

  • Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
  • The driver reserves the right to cancel the trip immediately if passengers are found violating this rule.
  • Any damages or cleaning required due to such actions will be charged to the passenger.

3. Real-Time Booking Updates

  • Passengers will receive instant booking updates via WhatsApp and/or SMS after confirming the ride.
  • Updates include booking confirmation, driver and vehicle details, OTP (if applicable), and live trip status.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free Cancellation: Available for cancellations made before 1 hour of the scheduled pickup time.
  • No Refund: For cancellations made within 1 hour of the pickup time.
  • Refund Mode: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through Wallet, GPay, or the original payment method within 2–5 business days.

5. Service Guarantee

  • If the cab or driver fails to arrive or there is a confirmed service issue from our end, passengers are entitled to receive double the advance amount as compensation.
  • Refunds will be processed through Wallet or GPay.

6. Driver & Cab Details

  • Passengers will receive driver and cab details (including name, vehicle number, and contact information) via WhatsApp or SMS.
  • Pre-Booking Customers: Details will be shared 5 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Immediate Bookings: Details will be shared within 10 minutes of booking confirmation.
  • In case of any last-minute driver or vehicle changes, passengers will receive a ₹100 refund as a service apology.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must ensure accurate pickup and drop details are provided during booking.
  • Delays beyond 15 minutes of the scheduled time may attract waiting charges.
  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings; the company is not liable for any loss or theft.

8. Safety & Conduct

  • Passengers are expected to maintain courteous behavior towards drivers and other staff.

9. Liability

  • Best Taxi Services shall not be responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, natural calamities, or unforeseen breakdowns.
  • Compensation claims (if any) shall be limited to the value of the booking and cannot exceed the advance paid.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes or complaints should be reported to our Customer Support Team within 24 hours of the trip.
  • All disputes will be governed under the jurisdiction of Coimbatore courts.
